  1. At all times when the premises operate under the terms of the premises licence: a. CCTV cameras shall be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; b. All CCTV recordings shall show an accurate date and time that the recordings were made; c. All recordings from the CCTV shall be retained for a period of not let less than 31 days; d. Any CCTV recordings shall be made available for viewing by any police officer, community support officer or authorised person upon demand; e. The original, or a copy, of the CCTV recordings shall be provided upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person; f. Copies of the CCTV recordings shall be provided in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software; and g. No alcohol shall be sold if the CCTV equipment is inoperative for any reason.
  2. All customers attempting to purchase alcohol who appear to be under the age of 25 shall be required to produce a valid proof of age ID. Acceptable forms of identification are a: a. proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram logo; b. passport; c. EU photo driving licence; or d. Other ID with the prior written approval of the Licensing Authority.
  3. Staff shall receive regular training, a minimum of four times a year, on the prevention of underage sales and the use of the CCTV system. Such training shall be recorded and those records shall, on request, be made available to the Licensing Authority.
  4. Permanent signs, a minimum of A4 size shall be displayed inside and outside of the premises bearing the words: "It is a criminal offence to purchase alcohol on theses premises for persons under 18 years old."
  5. A refusal book shall be kept at the premises in which the date, time and circumstances of any attempts to purchase alcohol that are refused shall be recorded. This book shall be made available for inspection on request from a police officer, community support officer or an authorised council officer.
  6. All individual containers of alcohol (or the outer packaging of multipacks where individual containers are inaccessible) shall be marked with either: o a label showing the name and address of the premises or the mark RY20. The mark RY20 shall be applied adjacent to the barcode by means of a UV label or UV marker pen. In all cases, the mark or label shall be present and legible whilst the container is exposed for sale and at the time of sale. All alcohol sold shall be placed in bags which have the name of the premises clearly displayed on at least one side.
  7. The designated premises supervisor or a personal licence holder shall be present at the premises at all times.
  8. A "clear glazing" policy above 1 meter, measured from the internal floor level, shall be kept at the premises so that staff have an unobstructed view of the area outside of the premises through single door and shopfront windows. The exception to this shall be for the display of notices required by law and any other required as a condition of this licence.
