- Conditions carried over from: Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982This licence is subject to the provisions of the said Act, to the Regulations and Conditions now or from time to time made by St Albans City and District Council and to any Additional Conditions included on this licence. i. The electrical installation shall be inspected at least once in every five years, or such lesser period as is considered appropriate to the individual case, by a competent electrical engineer appointed by or on behalf of the licensee of the premises and a certificate stating the condition of the installation shall after each inspection, be forwarded to the Council by or on behalf of the licensee of the premises.ii. The number of persons (excluding staff and attendants) to be allowed at any one time in the licensed premises shall not exceed: 120iii. The licence holder or anyone involved in the organisation of the event (including those controlling the volume of music) shall ensure that any noise emanating from the licensed premises is such as not to cause annoyance or disturbance to residents in the locality.Copies of the Regulations and Conditions at present in force may be obtained on application to the Licensing Section, Environment and Health Department, St Albans City and District Council, Civic Centre, St Peters Street, St Albans, Herts AL1 3JE
