Licence conditions (1)
- The facility shall be used for the provision of mainly curriculum-based activities for the performing arts (which may include live music, recorded music, dance and other similar activities) and the practice and performance of music technology with occasional performances for the public and occasional functions ancillary to the activities and public performances mainly during term time. The facility shall be also available for outside hire for theatrical groups but this shall be limited to no more than six times each year. The sale or supply of alcohol shall be limited to persons attending theatrical performances or performances of a like kind including cast and crew and/or persons attending pre booked functions (booked at least 48 hours in advance). CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing pictures of evidential quality in all lighting, particularly facial recognition, in accordance with Merseyside Police recommendations, to be maintained operational throughout the opening hours. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and be correctly time and date stamped. Recordings shall be kept in date order, numbered sequentially, kept for a period of 31 days and handed to Police on request. The recording equipment and tapes/ discs shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the DPS/ responsible named individual. Appropriate signage representative of the CCTV shall be in conspicuous positions. Maximum occupancy as per Chief Fire Officer’s Report. Any doormen employed on the premises to be registered with the SIA. No open glasses/vessels/containers shall be allowed to be taken off the premises.
