  1. Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
  2. years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.
  3. General The Premises is a private estate and will be open exclusively for guests of Wilderness Reserve and not open to the general public Prevention of crime and disorder
  4. There will be a clear and legible notice within the premises indicating the normal hours under the terms of the premises licence during which licensable activities are permitted.
  5. There will be no sales of alcohol to drunk or intoxicated customers.
  6. Staff will be well trained in asking customers to use the premises in an orderly and respectful manner.
  7. Staff training records will be kept on site and will be made available to a police officer, officer of the licensing authority or an officer of a Responsible Authority upon request. Public saftey
  8. All times when the premises is operational there will be sufficient competent staff on duty for the purpose of fulfilling the conditions of the licence and promoting the licensing objectives.
  9. A CCTV system will be installed, or the existing system maintained, such system to be fit for purpose. The CCTV system shall be capable of producing immediate copies on site. Copies of recordings will either be recorded digitally on to CD/DVD or other equivalent medium. Any recordings will be retained and stored in a suitable and secure manner for a minimum of 28 days and shall be made available, subject to compliance with Data Protection legislation, to the police for inspection upon request. The system will display, on any recording, the correct date and time of the recording. The CCTV system will be maintained and fully operational throughout the hours that the premises are open for any licensable activity.
  10. During opening hours there will always be memebers of staff on site who are Fire Marshall and Fisrt Aid trained. The prevention of public nuisance

  12. Chapel Barn is a private estate and it will not be accessible to the general public.
  13. All children onsite shall be supervised by their parent (s) or gardian (s) who shall be 18 years or over.
  14. We will operate a ‘Challenge 25’ policy. Customers who look under the age of 25 will be asked to prove that they are aged 18 or over. Staff will be trained to recognise acceptable and genunie forms of identification (a cardbearing the PASS hologram, a photographic driving licence or a passport)
