- General The Licensee will ensure that the alcohol will not be on display to the general public. The Prevention of Crime and Disorder The wine will be stored out of sight of the general public. Public Safety The Prevention of Public Nuisance Alcohol sales will be controlled and only to appropriate persons The Protection of Children from Harm Alcohol will not be sold to under 18 year olds. Any persons appearing to be under the age of 25 years will be required to produde identification. Staff will be trained in requesting identification and records of staff training will be kept.
