1 April to 31 October to be open on the given days. 1 November to 31 March open for one off events and arranged visits. The supply of alcohol in these hours is subject to the condition set out in Annex 5.

  1. The museum has adopted general terms and conditions for entry in relation to acceptable behaviours by staff and visitors whilst on the premises.,.
  2. The museum is monitored 24 hours per day and there is external lighting in use after dark.3. Use of external security personnel at opening times and events.,.
  3. The museum undertakes risk assessments.5. Staff are trained to observe the public whilst on the premises and report any safety issues, as they arise, on a daily basis.,.
  4. The museum has adopted child protection policies and ensures that its staff are aware of them.7. The museums general terms and conditions of entry state that children should be under the care of a parent or guardian whilst on the premises.8. One off events aimed specifically at children (for example, art workshops)state clearly the suitability of the event and are supervised by professional and experienced staff.9. The premises will operate Challenge 25 in relation to the sale of alcohol, requiring all those who appear to be under 25 to be asked for a recognised form of photographic identification. All staff will be trained in the operation of the Challenge 25 policy and refresher training will be provided and documented.,.
