Licence conditions (15)
  1. Alcohol will not be sold for consumption off the premises and will be served on the premises.
  2. A strict policy of checking identification will be carried out on any customer we feel may be below the legal limit. Anyone unable to prove their age or provide satisfactory evidence will be refused.
  3. Any person deemed unfit to serve will be refused service.
  4. As a Restaurant and Ice Cream Parlour our core business is the supply and sale of food, the sale of alcohol is to complement and support the restaurant business.
  5. Any person unable to provide acceptable identification to prove their age will not be served alcohol and will be excluded from the premises. Any person deemed intoxicated or under the influence of drugs would not be served and excluded.
  6. Alcohol will only be served by trained and responsible staff members who are aware of the company policy.
  7. All alcohol will be kept in safe and secure areas away from members of the public.
  8. Water will be provided free of charge to any customer upon request.
  9. Alcohol will only be served to those above the legal age and in an acceptable, fit and proper state.
  10. No alcohol will be sold or served for consumption off the premises.
  11. No alcohol will be served before or after the permitted hours.
  12. Alcohol only served to those deemed fit.
  13. No alcohol will be sold to those unable to verify their age if requested to do so.
  14. Consumption by children will not be permitted and alcohol will not be sold to anyone buying on behalf of a minor or attempting to supply to a minor.
  15. Alcohol will be kept in secure areas away from children.
