Licence conditions (9)
  1. As per Justice Licence.
  2. Where a premises licence authorises the sale and or supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:-
  3. No sale or supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
  4. (a) at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
  5. (b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
  6. In this section -
  7. "children" means person aged under 18; and
  8. (b) the relevant licensing authority has notified the holder of the licence that this subsection applies to the film in question,
  9. admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that licensing authority.

Licensed hours are the most a premises may open or trade under its licence, not its actual opening times.
