  2. All staff to be trained to ensure that the principles of the Licensing Act 2003 will be respected.
  3. The Prevention of Crime and Disorder:
  4. Staff will ensure that those patrons leaving the establishment do so in a quiet and orderly fashion. And infringement will be barred from the establishment. Membership of pub watch.
  5. Public Safety:
  6. Risk assessments under taken and full compliance with Health and Safety at work act.
  7. The Prevention of Public Nuisance:
  8. Staff will ensure that there is no excessive noise, when leaving the premises verbal advice will be given and written notices displayed.
  9. The Protection of children from harm:
  10. All staff are trained to ensure that no alcohol is served, nor purchased on behalf of under age children, an identification scheme will be employed.
