  3. CCTV to be fitted and in working order prior to premises license being granted.
  4. Premises to operate a Challenge 25 Scheme and have staff appropriately trained.
  5. Applicant to engage with an approved scheme such as Ask Angela campaign and have staff appropriately trained.
