- Annex 3 - Agreed conditions with Environment and Health Condition 1: The license holder or anyone controlling the volume of music shall ensure that any noise emanating form the premises is such as not to cause a nuisance to residents in the locality. Condition 2: All doors and windows (on the façade(s) of the building) shall be kept closed from 22.00hrs to 8.00hrs at all times except for access and egress to and from the premises. Condition 3: There shall be no use of the external area to the front of the premises from 22.00hrs to 8.00hrs. Condition 4: There will be no recorded music playing at any time windows and or doors are open. Condition 5: Table and seating arrangements in the external area to the front of the premises shall be such that no more than 12 individuals may use this area at any time. Condition 6: There shall be no emptying, handling, or movement of refuse containers or any associated activity likely to cause noise disturbance between the hours of 21.00hrs and 08.00hrs. Condition 7: There shall be no emptying, handling or movement of bottle containers or any associated activity likely to cause noise disturbance between the hours of 21.00hrs and 08.00hrs.
