Public safety The premises will be checked prior to opening to the public to ensure there are no risks to patrons and to ensure that all safety precautions are in place. The prevention of public nuisance All reasonable steps will be taken to prevent disturbance to neighbours with regard to noise and litter associated with sales from the property. The protection of children from harm An incident/refusal book will be maintained and details of all occurrences of disorder and refused alcohol sales will be recorded. The incident/refusal book will be kept on the premises at all times and will be available for inspection.
