Licence conditions (19)

Children shall not be allowed in the area immediately adjacent to the bar servery, alcohol will be retained in secure places away from children.
Risk assessments will be completed for all events & activities undertaken on the premises.
When children are allowed upon the premises, any entertainment offered within the premises shall be suitable for young persons, otherwise they will be a limitation or exclusion in place for them.
Children shall be required to be supervised by the accompanying adult at all times.
A no smoking area shall be provided.
CCTV shall be installed on the premises and fully maintained, showing correct date and time information. CCTV to cover internal public areas within the perimeter of the premises licence and also include the terrace and the barn building when the barn building is being used for licensable activity. The CCTV shall provide clear images of people entering and exiting the premises. There must always be a minimum of one member of staff during licensable hours, trained to use the CCTV and make CCTV copies available within 24 hours, at the request of Police or other authorised licensing authority. All CCTV footage to be retained for a minimum of 31 days.
Staff training shall be delivered on appointment and every 6 months and staff training records shall be maintained to cover topics covered. Training shall cover: • The licensing objectives • Preventing children from having access to alcohol • The requirements for ID as part of age verification. • Dealing with an intoxicated person • Dealing with disorderly incidents /disorderly persons • Dealing with drug related activity on a licenced premises. • Recording of any refusal to sell alcohol • Recording of incidents • Reporting of incidents to police and information to be shared with police to promote the licensing objectives All training records shall be available to an authorised officer on request.
An incident log shall be maintained on the premises, which documents the date and time of any incidents involving the premises, which could undermine the licensing objectives. This shall be completed within 24 hours of the incident, be available upon request of an authorised officer and shall record the following: • All crimes reported at the venue • All ejections of patrons • Any complaints received concerning crime and disorder • All drugs seized or found • Any incidents of disorder • Any faults in the CCTV system, including action taken to remedy • Persons banned from the premises
There shall be a record of any refused sale of alcohol. The refusal register shall be inspected on a regular basis (at least weekly) by the DPS and endorsed by the DPS accordingly.
The premises licence holder shall ensure that a 'challenge 25' policy is adopted on the premises at all times. Signage of the 'challenge 25' policy shall be prominently displayed on the premises. Acceptable identification accepted by the premises licence holder, DPS, or other authorised staff members shall be a passport, photo driving licence or PASS accredited identity card.
All consumption of food and alcohol to be taken indoors into the main building after 2300hrs, including from both the terrace and barn building.
All glasses used outside to be collected by staff on a regular basis
Amplified music: live or recorded or anything of a similar description shall not be permitted in the barn building unless on a device of no more than 30 watts output. No music of any description to be played after 2300hrs.
There shall be no bar in the first floor dining area, drinks and food orders shall be placed via staff
The first floor dining area shall be limited to 24 diners
The first floor dining area and the barn building shall be monitored for the safety of those using the facility.
The first floor dining area shall have adequate internal blinds fitted to prevent light pollution.
a) To remove all embedded restrictions in the Licensing Act 1964 b) Non-Standard Timings Other than under the Temporary Event Notice procedures, the applicants may not extend the hours for any licensable activity at the premises on more than 12 occasions (called seasonal variations and/or non-standards timings) annually and then only with: (i) 7 days prior notice to the police and (ii) the Police consenting thereto c) Notices shall be displayed at all exits to the premises asking customers to respect local residents by not using motor vehicles inconsiderately and by leaving the areas quietly.
This message shall be reinforced by the bar staff. d) All entrances and exits at the premises to be monitored during the last 30 minutes of each evening when the premises are open. e) Information as to the names and telephone numbers of Taxi Hire firms shall be made available in the premises. f) Unless for entrance and egress, all doors and windows, including those to food preparation areas, to be closed from 23:00 hours until the close of the premises.
