Licence conditions (20)

1.Any outdoor live music and performance of dance will cease by 22:00 hours.
2.Any outdoor live music and performances of dance will be within a marquee between 20:00 hours and 22:00 hours.
3.Any outdoor live music and performances of dance under this licence will be restricted to no more than 26 per year and no more than 3 in any one month.
4.A notice indicating an event under this licence involving live music or performances of dance outdoors, after 20:00 hours will be displayed at the premises, where it is clearly visible from the outside, at least 14 days prior to the event. A notice will be displayed on the village website for the same and by the same time, if this is available to the applicant.
5.A contact number for the person in control of any event under this licence, involving live music and performances of dance, outdoors, after 20:00 hours, will be made available to residents in the vicinity. Informative: Should there be any issues related to the licensing objectives in future, all parties should be aware an application can be made to the Licensing Authority for a review. Any issues arising to other statutory regimes e.g. statutory nuisance and health and safety should be reported to the appropriate authority. Parties should be aware that Temporary Event Notices are not restricted by this decision.
At the time the Premises Licence has been granted and whilst it is in force, the DPS in situ must have completed and attained the following qualifications:

National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders
Cellar Management Course
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
No persons shall be admitted to, or allowed to remain on the premises who are or are suspected to be under the influence of, or in possession of, any illegal/illicit substance.
Public Safety
Health and Safety Risk assessments shall be carried out prior to the Premises licence being effective and a copy retained for inspection upon request by an officer of the local Licensing Authority, Police or Fire Authority or other relevant person.
Fire Risk assessments shall be carried out prior to the Premises Licence being effective and a copy retained for inspection upon request by an officer of the local Fire Authority, Licensing or Police Authority or other relevant person.
On occasions of special events where audience members exceed normal limits, there shall be adequate staff/stewards available to ensure safety of patrons. The number of staff/stewards shall be near to or equivalent to:- On member of staff per one hundred persons or part thereof.
Public Nuisance
Disposal of waste bottles into external receptacles where the noise will be audible to neighbouring properties must not occur between 23.00 and 10.00.
In the absence of adequate daylight, the lighting in any area, in which the public or club members and guests are present, shall be fully operational at all times.
Protection of Children From Harm
No person under the age of 18 shall be permitted on the premises unless accompanied by an adult.
