Strong management controls and effective training of all staff so that they are aware of the premises license and its requirements by emphasising that no alcohol will be sold to underage people, there will be no drunk and disorderly behaviour, there will be no violent or anti social behaviour, use and sale of illegal drugs and strict attention to children on site from getting in harms way. Couples will be informed of the strict rules in place when shown round the venue.,.
Management staff will monitor each event to prevent use and sale of illegal drugs. Stewards are on duty at the entrance to the venue in order to make sure all people who enter the site are invited as guests of the couple. 2 security guards are employed from 9pm until guests leave or go to bed to make sure nothing is stolen or unwanted people attempt to enter the site.,.
Stewards control traffic in and out of the site on to the main road. Security guards will not allow guests who have clearly been drinking to drive and police will be called. We have a fire procedure which guests are informed of and made aware of meeting places and exits in case of fire. Security patrol the site to monitor children and excessive drinking or drug use.,.
Live music is cut off at 7pm and we switch music to our sound system. We have a specific sound system which is compulsory to use at each event which reduces sound travel and contains it to the venue. Guests are prohibited from using other speakers and will be evicted if so. No fireworks are allowed or other instruments which can disturb neighbours. Strict rules in our terms and conditions prevent public nuisance as well as well trained staff and two security guards to monitor each event and traffic in and out of venue.,.
Parents are made aware of the site and potential risks. Staff and security guards patrol/monitor guests and the site to prevent any harm coming to children.,.
