Licence conditions (12)
  1. All doors and windows to remain closed during regulated entertainment except for ingress and egress.
  2. The following notices to be placed near exits: "Please respect the local residents and leave in a quiet and orderly manner".
  3. On any occasion that an artist/band is performing amplified, regulated entertainment, the services of a licensed/registered door person from 19:00 hours until close of the premises to the public, must be engaged.
  4. At the finish time of the supply of alcohol, an announcement is to be made to all patrons stating the following: "Please respect the local residents and leave in a quiet and orderly manner".
  5. That a member of the staff/employee is to be instructed to control doors used for public ingress and egress to ensure that they are not open for longer than necessary on any occasion that an artist/band is performing amplified, regulated entertainment from 19:00 hours until close of the premises to the public.
  6. Guidance and training is to be given to staff on their responsibilities to minimise noise from patrons as they arrive, attend and depart the premises. All training to be logged in a written form.
  7. The premises will ensure that anyone who appears to be under 21 and is attempting to buy alcohol or is consuming alcohol within the premises will be asked to provide adequate and accepted proof of age.
  8. Proof of age would include:-
  9. Connexions card - as promoted by Kent trading Standards and Kent Police.
  10. 'New type' driving licence with photograph.
  11. Valid UK Passport
  12. Official identity card issued by HM armed forces.
