Hot food shall not be provided between 01:00 hours and 05:00 hours.
Between 00:00 hours and 06:00 hours sales of alcohol may only be made for remote orders for delivery only.
The delivery of alcohol shall be made only to a residential or business address which the customer uses in a residential or official capacity. The delivery of alcohol shall not be made or completed in a public place (street corner, park, bus stop, etc.).
Any 3rd party delivery service contracted to take orders and deliver alcoholic drinks shall have in place a suitable mechanism for ensuring that persons under the age of 18 are not able to order alcohol and that any delivery staff undertake ID checks to ensure that under 18s do not take delivery of alcohol as part of any order from the premises.
Details of the mechanisms used by the 3rd party shall be put in writing and a copy kept at the premises and made available for inspection on request by licensing or police officers.
A digital CCTV system will be installed, or the existing system maintained, such system to be fit for the purpose.
The CCTV system should be capable of producing immediate copies on site. Copies of recordings will either be recorded digitally or onto CD / DVD or other equivalent medium.
Any recording will be retained and stored in a suitable secure manner for a minimum of 28 days and shall be made available, subject to compliance with data protection legislation, to the police or authorised council officer for inspection on request.
The CCTV system shall make and retain clear images that include the points of sale of alcohol and facial images of the purchasers of the alcohol.
The system will display, on any recording, the correct date and time of the recording.
The CCTV system will be maintained and fully operational throughout the hours that the premises are open for any licensable activity.
There will at all times be adequate levels of staff maintained at the premises. Such staff levels will be disclosed, on request, to the licensing authority and police.
Adequate waste receptacles for use by customers shall be provided in and immediately outside the premises.
All staff engaged or to be engaged in the sale of alcohol on the premises shall receive training in age restricted sales. Induction training must be completed and documented prior to the sale of alcohol by the staff member. Refresher/re-enforcement training must be completed and documented at intervals of no more than six months. Training records will be available for inspection by a police officer or other authorised officer on request.
All cashiers shall be trained to record refusals of sales of alcohol in the refusal book/register. a. Details of the time and date the refusal was made; b. the identity of the staff member refusing the sale; c. details of the alcohol the person attempted to purchase. This book/register shall be available for inspection by a police officer or other authorised officer on request.
An incident book/register shall be maintained to record a. all incidents of crime and disorder occurring at the premises; b. details of occasions when the police are called to the premises. This book/register shall be available for inspection by a police officer or other authorised officer on request.
