  1. Strong management controls and effective training of all staff so that they are aware of the licensing objectives and in particular ensure: no underage drinking, drunkenness on the premises, drunkenness in public, use of drugs, violent and antisocial behaviour and to protect children from harm.,.
  2. Responsible management of the premises. Training and supervision of all staff. Use of proof of age schemes and/or photo-id driving licences or student cards. Member of the pubwatch scheme. Member of LVA. Member of BOBB. Security lighting outside the premises. Intruder alarm to ADT.,.
  3. Risk management assessment checked weekly and effective and responsible management at all times. General staff levels to secure safety of the premises and customers. Training and supervision of those employed. External lighting to all access doors. Car park illuminated. Regular testing and certificate if appropriate of all procedures, appliances and systems pertinent to safety.,.
  4. Responsible management at all times. Training and supervision to prevent incidents of public nuisance. Regular visits to all parts of the premises including the exterior. Deliveries etc outside opening hours. Management of people including staff and traffic arriving and leaving the premises. External lighting and security lighting installed. Collection and management of litter and effective ventilation systems to prevent nuisance from odour.,.
  5. Provision of sufficient staff to secure the protection of children from harm with appropriate training. Children only on the premises between 11.00 and 20.00 prior to Pool/Darts/Entertainment commencing. All external windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified sound are taking place.No live or amplified music to be played in the open air (including temporary structures such as marquees and tents).There will be no adult entertainment on the premises that will give rise to concern for children.A maximum of 12 discos per annum for celebratory occasions from 20.00 to 00.00 provided that 21 days notice is given by the applicant in relation to each event to Environmental Health, Police and the Licensing Authority. (For the avoidance of doubt if the authorities are notified of an event but it is not held, it will not count towards the limit of 12 provided that the authorities are notified in advance of the cancellation). An operating plan covering the additional measures that will be taken to manage crime and disorder on these occasions will be completed and served on the Police and Licensing Authority. It will include a risk assessment which addresses the issues of door staff, CCTV, dispersal and the provision of additional transportation.,.
