  1. CCTV will be installed in the serving area Whilst licensable activity takes place, CCTV shall be fully maintained, showing correct date and time information. The CCTV shall cover the sale of alcohol to patron's .The Premises Licence Holder must ensure when requested, that digital images are made available to the Police or other authorised licensing authority within 24 hours. CCTV footage must be retained for minimum of 31days.
  2. Staff shall receive training on the promotion of the licensing objectives, which shall be recorded and refreshed every 12 months. Training shall cover: • The licensing objectives. • The requirements for ID as part of age verification. • Dealing with an intoxicated person • Dealing with disorderly incidents /disorderly persons • Dealing with drug related activity on a licenced premises. • Recording of any refusal to sell alcohol • Recording of incidents • Reporting of incidents to police and information to be shared with police to promote
  3. There will be a Risk Assessment in place which Police and Responsible Authorities can view on request, this will be checked by DPS on a regular basis and updated when required
  4. No Events will be held under the Licence
  5. Members of the public are able to bring their own alcohol onto site and sales of alcohol will be monitored to prevent pre-loading by public drinking their own alcohol and then attempting to purchase at the bar.
  6. An incident log shall be maintained on the premises, which documents the date and time of any incidents involving the premises, which could undermine the licensing objectives. This shall be completed within 24 hours of the incident, be available upon request of a police officer or an authorised officer and will record the following: • All crimes reported at the venue • All ejections of patrons • Any complaints received concerning crime and disorder • All drugs seized or found • Any incidents of disorder • Any faults in the CCTV system, including action taken to remedy • Persons banned from the premises
  7. There shall be a record of any refused sale of alcohol. The refusal register shall be inspected on a regular basis by the designated premises supervisor and a record made of the inspection.
  8. The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure a Challenge 25 policy is adopted within licensable areas at all times. Signage of the Challenge 25 policy shall be prominently displayed on the premises.
  9. All persons under 18 years of age, when licensable activity takes place, will be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  10. Alcohol to be sold from a mobile bar shall not be left unattended and the alcohol shall be removed from the mobile bar, if the mobile bar remains overnight. All unsold alcohol will be removed from the Gabriel 's Farm/Fisheries at the close of sales.
  11. Mobile bars shall be securely locked if remaining on the licensed premises overnight.
  12. Waste bins will be provided at the site for disposal of alcohol containers and removed at the end of the day.
