Each event must be risk assessed to determine the requirements for licensed security and personnel.
A health and safety risk assessment for each event must be carried out.
Rubbish/recycling bins must be provided and staff must ensure that all rubbish is dealt with promptly.Agreed with Environmental Protection 2021 4. Outdoor live and recorded music Friday to Sunday 11:00 to 23:00 limited to 12 events per year. 5. The permitted noise levels for outside concerts for both live and recorded music will be at 65 dB at the nearest residential property, for 1-3 concerts per year, as agreed this will be restricted to 3 a year. 6. Speakers to be facing away from the road and across the fields where there are no residential properties to limit the impact this has on the neighbours.
The Challenge 25 scheme must be operated to ensure that any person who appears to be under the age of 25 shall provide documented proof that he/she is over 18 years of age. Proof of age shall only comprise a passport, photo card driving licence, an HM Forces warrant card, or a card bearing the PASS hologram.
