Licence conditions (2)
  1. The Licence Holder shall only employ Door Supervisors and Security Attendants registered with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) and must ensure that all Door Supervisors and Security Attendants at all times when on duty wear an identity badge, conspicuously displayed and in a form and manner prescribed by the SIA.
  2. All event organisers shall be given an application pack containing guidance notes, application form, risk assessment guidance notes and form, and terms and conditions. All events shall be subject to a standard booking process. Sefton Council's park booking procedures shall limit organisers to activities that meet the Council's policies and both the Council's generic and or site risk assessments. The booking procedure shall include consultation, where necessary, with Merseyside Police, Merseyside Fire Service, Sefton Health Unit and Environmental Protection, Leisure services, Tourism and Technical Services departments. As part of an events application submission an applicant shall provide evidence of Public Liability Insurance, sign agreed Terms and Conditions and also submit their own completed risk assessment for the specific event, any issues raised by relevant departments and the other Authorities shall be addressed by the event organiser. As part of the booking process organisers shall be required to consider the level of stewarding and security required. A Council Officer shall be responsible for dealing with events booking and shall check that any submitted events applications meet all criteria where applicable, he shall liaise directly with the organiser on issues raised from consultation with other Council Departments or other Authorities. Council Officers of Leisure, Environmental Protection, Sefton Security and other Authorities Officer shall have the right to inspect any events. Sefton Security shall be advised about an event prior to it taking place. Event organisers shall apply for a Temporary Event Notice for any events requiring an alcohol licence. Merseyside Police shall reserve the right to veto any Licensable Event in the interests of Public Safety. Site Security if required will be SIA registered and deployed in appropriate numbers as per consultation between the Premises Licence Holder and Merseyside Police for all Events.
