Licence conditions (7)
  1. All staff will receive training so that they are aware of the Licensing objectives and refusing alcohol sales. Staff training records will be kept, and refresher training will be undertaken with staff on a regular basis. Staff training records will be made available upon request to officer of the local authority and or the Police. Prevention of crime and disorder
  2. The licence holder shall keep and maintain a refusals register on the premises, all instances of a refusal of sale must be recorded and the register shall be available for inspection by an authorised officer.
  3. The licence Holder shall implement security measures to prevent unlawful access to stocks. Prevention of public nuisance
  4. The Licence holder shall ensure that groups of customers do not gather outside of the premises - except when using the outside licenced areas.
  5. Prominent, legible notices requesting people to leave the premises and the area quietly must be displayed at all exits.
  6. Facilities for depositing litter and the collection of litter generated by customers purchasing food and drink must be available and maintained. Protection of children from harm
  7. The licence holder shall implement the 'Challenge 25' scheme, ensuring prominent signage is displayed throughout the premises and all staff are trained in its operation. The Licence Holder shall ensure that any person selling or supplying alcohol at the premises, under the authority of a Personal Licence Holder, asks for photographic proof of ID document where they have reason to suspect that the individual may be less than 25 years of age.
