  1. The primary use of the premises is as a coffee shop / takeaway and will not be used predominantly as a public house or drinking
  2. establishment.
  3. All staff will be provided with training in relation to the licensing objectives. This will include the individuals responsibilities, age verification and licensing offences.
  4. Details of the training will be recorded in a personnel file and will be refreshed at regular intervals.
  5. The prevention of crime and disorder
  6. A log book shall be maintained at the premises to record any incidents including refusal of sale of alcohol, disburbance, crime or disorder. This log book will be available for inspection for a period of 6 months from the date of the last entry.
  7. A CCTV system will be installed. The system will operate at all times and will cover all areas accessed by the public (excluding toilets) and including entrances and exits. Images will be kept for a minimum of 31 days from the date of recording.
  8. Public safety
  9. Fire exit doors will be kept unobstructed and clearly signed as fire exits.
  10. Steps edges will be clearly marked.
  11. Access will be provided for emergency vehicles.
  12. Adequate first aid equipment will be provided.
  13. Public nuisance
  14. We will ensure that noise levels are kept to an absolute minimum.
  15. Noise levels will be monitored and if it is considered noise levels could cause public nuisance, immediate action will be taken to reduce those noise levels.
  16. Disposal of bottles will not take place outside the premises between the hours of 23:00 hours and 07:00 hours in order to minimise noise to local residents.
  17. The protection of children from harm
  18. We will use the challenge 25 scheme.
  19. Customers who appear to be under 25 years of age will be required to prove their age when purchasing alcohol.
  20. Suitable forms of identification will be passport or driving licence.
