Licence conditions (21)
  1. MC1 - The supply of alcohol
  2. MC0101 - Where a premises licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:-
  3. (a) at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
  4. (b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
  5. MC2 - Exhibition of films
  6. MC0202 - Where -
  7. (b) the relevant licensing authority has notified the holder of the licence that this subsection applies to the film in question,
  8. admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that licensing authority.
  9. In this section -
  10. "children" means person aged under 18; and
  11. No outdoors events unless applied for under a Temporary Event Notice
  12. No public admission or readmission to the premises after 23:00 hours.
  13. Toughened glasses are to be used and for the outside are plastic containers only.
  14. The Designated Premises Supervisor is to be present during the Friday and Saturday evening session, save for annual leave and all other times a personal licence holder is to be present.
  15. All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place.
  16. No music or speech shall be relayed via external speakers other than for events with the prior approval of the licensing authority.
  17. Disposal of waste bottles into external receptacles where the noise will be audible to neighbouring properties must not occur between 21:00 and 07:00 hours.
  18. No amplified music sound so as to give rise to a nuisance to the adjacent properties.
  19. Prominent, clear and legible notices are displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
  20. For the final hour of opening the music is reduced in volume and is discernibly quieter.
  21. The playing of live or recorded music in garden areas of the premises is not permitted.
