  1. The licensee shall ensure that when the premises is open for licensing activity's there are sufficient competent staff on duty for the purpose of fulfilling the terms and conditions of the license and for preventing crime and disorder Prevention of crime and disorder
  2. Any incident of a criminal nature that may occur on the premises will be reported to the police Public safety
  3. Appropriate fire safety procedures shall be in place, including fire extinguishers (foam, H2O, Co2, and fire blanket) as well as internally illuminated fire exit signs.
  4. All emergency exits shall be kept free from obstruction Prevention of public nuisance
  5. All customers will be asked to leave quietly; clear notices will be prominently displayed to remind customers to leave quietly and have regard to our neighbours Protection of children from harm
  6. The licence holder shall implement the 'Challenge 25' scheme, ensuring prominent signage is displayed throughout the premises and all staff are trained in its operation. The Licence Holder shall ensure that any person selling or supplying alcohol at the premises, under the authority of a Personal Licence Holder, asks for photographic proof of ID document where they have reason to suspect that the individual may be less than 25 years of age.
