  1. Consumption of alcohol shall cease 30 minutes after the time authorised for its sale.
  2. The Premises shall close to the public 30 minutes after the latest time for the sale of alcohol.
  3. All staff whose responsibilities include the sale of alcohol shall receive training on induction on: a) terms, conditions and restrictions of the premises licence. b) Prevention of unlawful sale of alcohol and the likely consequence of making an unlawful sale, to include; the operation of the Challenge 25 Scheme, type of acceptable ID, method of recording challenges, refusing sale of alcohol to persons who appear to be drunl and preventing proxy sales c) The operation of the CCTV equipment d) Drug awareness and the drugs policy applicable to the premises
  4. The CCTV system serving the premises shall; a) Be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times b) Make and retain clear images of that include the points of sales of alcohol and facial images of purchasers of alcohol c) Show an accurate time and date of the images that were made
  5. All CCTV images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31days in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software
  6. The original CCTV image, or a copy, shall be provided to any police officer, community support office or authorised person within 72 hours of a request having been made.
  7. No alcohol shall be sold if the CCTV equipment is inoperative for any reason
  8. The Premises Licence holder shall draw up and implement a premises specific drugs policy with the requirements of section 8 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. The policy shall be reviewed as necessary.
  9. The number of persons accommodated at any one time at the premises shall not exceed 60.
  10. All beer/alcohol deliveries shall be restricted between the hours 08:00 to 20:00 on Monday to Saturday.
  11. All removals of empty containers, (beer kegs and casks, empty bottles etc) shall be restricted between the hours 08:00 to 20:00 Monday to Saturday.
  12. Notices advertising that the premises operates a "Challenge 25" scheme shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises entrance(s)/and inside at the premises bar servery area.
  13. Any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises shall be sold in a sealed container only.
  14. No children shall be allowed on the premises after 19:00 hours.
  15. No children under the age of 18 shall be permitted on the premises unless accompanied by an adult.
  16. No jukeboxes or gambling machines shall be installed or operated at the premises.
