Licence conditions (13)
  1. Together with for the purposes of paragraph 6(5) of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 all other licensable activities which may be carried out at the premises by virtue of the Justices licence issued under the Licensing Act 1964 and existing as of the date of this licence, which include but may not be limited to the following:

Public entertainment may be provided by the reproduction of wireless (including television) broadcasts or of programme included in any other service (within the meaning of the Broadcasting Act 1990) other than a sound or television broadcasting service, or public entertainment by way of music and singing only which is provided solely by the reproduction of recorded sound;
  3. ii) Private entertainment, that is to say dancing and music, may be provided and promoted for private gain;
  4. Consumption of alcohol shall not be permitted beyond 23:30 hours except on New Year's Eve and signage to this effect shall be displayed in a prominent position throughout the premises.
  5. At all times when the premises are open beyond 23:30 hours at least one door supervisor registered with the Security Industry Authority shall be posted from 23:00 hours at the main entrance to the premises at street level to supervise the admissions and those patrons leaving the premises to smoke. (CONDITIONS 1AND 2 ABOVE WERE IMPOSED BY THE COUNCIL'S LICENSING SUB-COMMITTEE ON 10 NOVEMBER 2010)
  6. The primary use of the premises shall be as a bowling alley and the sale of intoxicating liquor shall be ancillary to this use.
  7. No unaccompanied children under 16 years old will be admitted to the premises after 21.00 hours.
  8. Photographic ID will be required from any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years.
  9. The closed circuit TV system shall be maintained and fully operational at all times that the premises are in use under this licence, and notices stating that CCTV is operational will be clearly displayed.
  10. When customers leave the premises staff shall use their best endeavours to ensure that they do not leave with bottles or glasses;
  11. The last entry time to the premises shall be 23:00 hours except to those patrons who have gone outside to smoke or to those who have pre-booked to bowl (such booking to take place before 19:00 hours).
  12. Late night refreshment shall be provided for consumption on the premises only.
  13. No off sales of alcohol shall be permitted at any time.
