Licence conditions (8)
  1. The premises shall close 30 minutes after the latest hour authorised for the supply of alcohol;
  2. Signs shall be displayed at the exit doors of the premises asking members to leave with consideration to local residents;
  3. The gaming machine shall be located in sight of the staff working behind the bar;
  4. Children shall not be permitted access to the premises unless accompanied by an adult when the premises are primarily being used as a bar providing regulated entertainment.
  5. The playing of recorded music shall not take place outside of the premises;
  6. Use of the outdoor areas shall cease at 23:00 hours;
  7. Where regulated entertainment is to be provided at any time during the night hours (23.00 hours to 07.00 hours the following day) noise from the provision of regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the façade (façade meaning the elevation or elevations of buildings used for habitation that face towards the licensed premises) of nearby residential properties; and
  8. The variations authorised by this premises licence shall not come into force until the holder of the licence has confirmed in writing to the Licensing Authority that the matters referred to in Inspection Report of the representation made by the Environmental Health Officer and numbered 1 to 4 inclusive have been addressed and all necessary works completed, and has provided to the Licensing Authority all necessary certificates
