  1. An incident book shall be maintained and kept on the premises and made available to an authorised officer of the Council or the Police upon request.
  2. The CCTV system serving the premises shall: ? be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; ? make and retain clear images that include the point of sale and facial images of customers; and ? show an accurate date and time that the images were made.. All images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days and the original CCTV images, or a copy , shall be provided upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person. The original, or a copy, of CCTV images shall be provided in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
  3. The premises shall shut if the CCTV equipment is inoperative for any reason, between the hours of 23.00 hours and the terminal hour.
  4. Any tables or chairs shall be removed from the public areas of the premises between 23.00 hours and the terminal hour, on any day.
  5. All staff whose responsibilities include the retail sale of late night refreshments shall receive training on induction and every twelve months thereafter which training shall include training on the operation of the CCTV equipment and the promotion of the licensing objectives. Such training shall be recorded, a version of which must be kept in English, and these records shall, on request, be made available to any police or community support officer or authorised person upon demand.
  6. There shall be at least one SIA registered door supervisor on the premises from 23.00 hours on Fridays and Saturdays until the terminal hour on the day following.
