Provision of Late Night Refreshment from the premises to be consumed off the premises
The Management will not tolerate violence and disorder on the premises. Anyone found to be acting in such a way will be removed from the premises and prohibited from returning in the future.
(a) Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such a person as an ancillary to his meal.
(b) Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor (including drinking water) shall be equally available for consumption with or ancillary to meals served on the premises.
CCTV will be maintained.
The use or supply of illegal substances will not be tolerated on the premises. Anyone found to be using or supplying such substances will be removed and banned.
The premises will not offer any drinks promotions which will encourage binge drinking.
The Premises Licence Holder shall be responsible for carrying out checks relating to the right of their employees working at the premises and of any prospective employees to work in the UK before entering into a contract of employment
The Premises Licence Holder must retain copies of documents as a result of conducting checks relating to the right of their employees working at the premises and of any prospective employees to work in the UK. These must be stored securely by the Premises Licence Holder at the premises or a digital copy must be immediately accessible from the premises for ease of inspection by immigration officials.
The Premises Licence Holder, or any person appearing to represent the Licence Holder, must be able to produce on demand documents relating to the right to work, at the request of a Police Officer, Licensing Officer or an Immigration Officer who enters the premises to carry out an inspection under Section 179 (1A) of the 2003 Act.
A new Designated Premises Supervisor shall be appointed for the Bengal Village.
A personal licence holder shall be present on site whenever there is retail sale of alcohol.
Mr. Andrei Afloarei and Mr. Andrei Butnaru shall play no part in the management of the restaurant and be removed from any position as officers of any company under the control of the Licence holder. Documentary evidence of this, in the form of an Affidavit certifying compliance with this Condition, shall be supplied to the Licencing Officer within one month
