Licence conditions (14)
  1. Together with for the purposes of paragraph 6(5) of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 all other licensable activities which may be carried out at the premises by virtue of the justices licence issued under the Licensing Act 1964 and existing as of the date of this licence, which include but may not be limited to the following:
  2. Public entertainment may be provided by the reproduction of wireless (including television) broadcasts or of programme included in any other service (within the meaning of the Broadcasting Act 1990) other than a sound or television broadcasting service, or public entertainment by way of music and singing only which is provided solely by the reproduction of recorded sound;
  3. ii) Private entertainment, that is to say dancing and music, may be provided and promoted for private gain.
  4. Intoxicating liquor may only be sold to: a. Members of the Belvedere Sports and Social Club; and b. Persons attending matches and events at the club ground
  5. There shall be no gaming on the premises except for machines authorised by the Gaming Act 1968.
  6. The area shown hatched green on the plan shall not be used by virtue of this licence except for pre-booked events or functions when the room has been set aside exclusively for such event or function.
  7. All doors and windows will be closed no later than 22.30 hours except for the purpose of access and egress.
  8. Only plastic glasses shall be taken outside the premises.
  9. The use of the outside areas for drinking will cease at 24.00 hours.
  10. Where music is to be provided at any time during the night hours (23.00 hours to 07.00 hours the following day) noise from the provision of regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the façade (façade meaning the elevation or elevations of buildings used for habitation that face towards the licensed premises) of nearby residential properties.
  11. Clear and legible signage shall at all times be prominently displayed throughout the premises reminding patrons to leave quietly and with consideration to local residents.
  12. Announcements to be made at the end of any evening when entertainment takes place to request Members to leave the premises quietly.
  13. A Proof of Age scheme is in operation at the premises.
  14. Children are only permitted on the premises if accompanied by an adult and notices to this effect are prominently displayed on the premises.
