  2. Prominent, clear and legible notices are displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
  3. Live music should be limited to three times a month.
  4. Thai dance will be limited to 5 occasions per year.
  5. Disposal of waste bottles into external receptacles where the noise will be audible to neighbouring properties must not occur between 21:00 and 07:00 hours.
