  1. At all times when the premises operate under the terms of the premises licence CCTV cameras shall: a. be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; b. It shall make and retain clear images that include the points of sale of alcohol; c. The CCTV recordings shall show an accurate date and time that the recordings were made; d. All images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days; e. CCTV recordings shall be made available for viewing by any police officer, community support officer or authorised person upon demand; f. The original, or a copy, shall be provided upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person; g. Copies to be provided in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software; h. No alcohol shall be sold if the CCTV equipment is inoperative for any reason; and
  2. Signs shall be permanently displayed inside and outside of the premises warning adults that it is an offence to buy alcohol on behalf of anyone under the age of eighteen years.
  3. The premises shall operate in accordance with the "Challenge 25" scheme. This scheme operates on the basis that whilst alcohol may be sold to persons aged 18 years and over, anyone who appears under 25 years of age will be asked for ID. Notices to this effect shall be in a clear and prominent position at the premises.
  4. The only proof of age accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be a proof of age card bearing the "PASS" hologram logo, a passport, or a photo UK full driving licence.
  5. A refusals book shall be kept at the premises in which must be recorded forthwith the date, time and circumstances under which any attempted purchase by a young customer has been refused. This book must be made available for inspection by any police officer, community support officer or authorised person of the Licensing Authority.
  6. All staff shall be regular trained in the Challenge 25 scheme and the operation of the CCTV system.
  7. [name removed] and [name removed] shall not be employed either paid or unpaid at 20 Bellegrove Road, Welling, nor shall they be permitted on the premises unless as a bona fide paying customer.
  8. No sale of alcohol shall be made unless the designated premises supervisor or the holder of a personal licence is present on the premises to supervise the sale.
