  1. General:-
  2. During events licensed sufficient staff/stewards shall be provided to ensure safety of patrons. The number of staff/stewards shall be near to or equivalent to:- One per one hundred persons or part thereof.
  3. Local Police shall be invited to attend events to assist with security or stewarding.
  4. All licensed areas are to be cleared of waste or litter regularly during and after an event and this shall be disposed of in a suitable manner.

  7. Fencing or similar barrier control shall be put in place during events to control points of access to and egress from the premises.
  8. Public Nuisance:-

  10. All machinery or equipment shall be fenced off and shall not be accessible to or operated by anyone other than those authorised or qualified to do so.
  11. Adult Supervision required for minors
