  8. A new Electrical Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry of the current Certificate on 16 March 2005, and thereafter each year on the anniversary of this date.
  9. A new Fire Equipment Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry of the current Certificate on 31 August 2005, and thereafter each year on the anniversary of this date.
  10. A new Emergency Lighting Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry of the current Certificate on 24 February 2005, and thereafter each year on the anniversary of this date.
  11. Anyone using the catering facilities at this hall must ensure they make adequate provision to comply with the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995 and the Food Safety (Temperature Control) Regulations 1995.
  12. The standard conditions for public entertainment licensed by Maidstone Borough Council apply. A copy of these conditions is attached as Annex 6.
