Licence conditions (18)
  1. Signs shall be displayed at the exit doors of the premises requesting customers to 'please leave quietly'.
  2. There shall be no new admissions or readmissions (save for customers wishing to smoke) to the premises after 23:00 hours Sunday to Wednesday and 23:30 hours on Thursday to Saturday.
  3. A person registered with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) as a door supervisor shall be on duty on Friday and Saturday nights, or on occasions that the premises are operating under a Temporary Event Notice.
  4. No children shall be allowed on the premises after 20:00 hours.
  5. Minimum age signage shall be displayed on (or adjacent to) any Amusement with Prizes Machines.
  6. All external doors (excepting any that have to be kept locked open for public safety reasons) shall be kept closed when live entertainment is being provided.
  7. Late night refreshment shall only be provided for consumption on the premises.
  8. Where regulated entertainment is to be provided at any time during the night hours (23:00 hours to 07:00 hours the following day), noise from the provision of regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the façade (façade meaning the elevation or elevations if buildings used for habitation that face towards the licensed premises) of nearby residential premises.
  9. Where a customer aged 18 years or over indicates that they are purchasing wine or beer for a child aged 16 or 17 years to drink with their meal the child shall also be required to provide a PASS proof of age card, photo driving licence or passport.
  10. No bottles or glasses shall be taken into the external areas of the premises after 23:00 hours.
  11. Where the designated smoking area shown on the plan attached as Annex 4 to the licence and marked "Pergola"is used for smoking only after 23:00 hours there shall be erected chains or other form of physical barrier to prevent customers from entering the remainder of the garden.
  12. Clear and legible notices shall be displayed advising customers as to the times of the permitted use of the area authorised for smoking only after 23:00 hours.
  13. The CCTV system serving the premises shall: a) Be maintained full operational and in good working order at all times; b) Make and retain clear images that include the points of sale of alcohol and facial images of the purchases of the alcohol; and c) Show an accurate date and time that the images were made
  14. All CCTV images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
  15. The original CCTV images, or a copy, shall be provided upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person.
  16. No alcohol shall be sold if the CCTV equipment is inoperative for any reason.
  17. Notices advertising that the premises operates a "Challenge 25" scheme shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises entrance(s) and inside at the premises bar servery area.
  18. A book, or other form of record, a version of which must be in English, shall be kept in which shall be recorded the date, time and circumstances of the following: a) any challenge made in accordance with the "Challenge 25" scheme, and b) any disorder, ejection or other relevant incident that occurs on the premises.
