a) General – all four licensing objectives 1. The Club shall be governed by a Constitution approved by the membership which includes rules regarding the behaviour of the members and their general comportment. Disciplinary procedures shall be set out and members of the managing Committee shall be empowered to oversee said behaviour and comportment and to implement disciplinary measures. The Club's Designated Premises Supervisor shall also on the Management Committee. 2. A member of the Committee or a person authorised by the Committee or the Chairman of House will always be present when the bar is open. Such member or person will be charged with overseeing all activities on the premises to ensure that all the club's requirements concerning health, safety, hygiene and behaviour are maintained. b) Prevention of Crime and Disorder 1. The design of the Club House shall include appropriate burglar and fire alarms. The bar shall be fitted with steel security shuttering as will be the windows and the doors to the terrace. The front door shall be fitted with an approved security lock which will be supplemented by an electronic card entry system to allow members to access the premises at certain times. Rear access to the cellar / kitchen will be via a door fitted with an appropriate lock. Other than a modest float for the till, very little of material value will remain on the premises when unoccupied. 2. A CCTV system shall operate in the adjoining car park and new development. 3. Any possible disorder by a member or his guest will be dealt with as set out above under 'General' c) Public Safety 1. There will be no low walls to trip over and no items attached to the exterior which could present danger to a passer-by. d) Prevention of Public Nuisance 1. The membership shall agree a code of conduct and disciplinary procedures within its Constitution. Such code and procedures will be enforced by the managing committee and those authorised by it. 2.
