Licence conditions (11)
  1. All staff will be trained in respect of their duties, age verification and to identify and deal with licensing offences and to prevent licensing offences.
  2. Staff training will be recorded and refreshed regularly.
  3. An incident log will be created and maintained to record and investigate incidents that relate to licensing including any refusals of sales of alcohol.
  4. Customers may not remove opened beverages from the premises and signage will be displayed accordingly.
  5. All safety matters at the premises are adequately covered by statutory provisions and specific premises or event risk assessments.
  6. Controls will be strictly observed at all times.
  7. There will be no loitering allowed outside the premises and this will be monitored and discouraged by staff.
  8. Any person considered to be breaching the rules shall be asked to leave and may be prevented from attending in the future.
  9. Litter arising from the premises in the vicinity of the premises shall be picked up very frequently, as required.
  10. There will be a Challenge 25 policy in force.
  11. There shall be maintained on the premises at all times an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials for the use of customers.
