Licence conditions (9)
  1. The site will be made available to people using the premises for the booked event only, and not to the general public. This will be in line with the four licensing objectives.
  2. The site is located away from public spaces and other unrelated residential properties which will result in extremely low or no impact on these areas.
  3. When not in use, the premises will be locked and secured, and all equipment will be stored in suitable areas.
  4. All staff will be trained to apply the 25+ ID when serving alcohol.
  5. The premises will be fully maintained to ensure users of the premises will be safe at all times.
  6. Fire risk assessment to be carried out annually.
  7. Electrical checks to be carried out annually.
  8. User hours will be restricted to those specified earlier within this application.
  9. All persons under the age of 18 will be supervised at the venue by an adult over the age of 18 years old.
