Licence conditions (6)
  1. No refuse or bottles shall be disposed of from the premises into a receptacle where such disposal is likely to cause a disturbance to residents in the area of the premises at any time between 8.00 pm and 8.00 am on any day except Sunday when no such disposal shall take place before 10.00 am.
  2. CCTV provided will cover both entrance and exits, ground floor and 1st floor public areas and conveniences.
  3. CCTV recordings will be maintained for inspection for 30 days and provided to police or responsible authorities upon request.
  4. All fire safety equipment will be maintained in accordance with the appropriate fire safety regulations.
  5. A fully maintained first aid box will be kept on the premises.
  6. Patrons will be asked to leave the premises both quietly and swiftly through prominent display of appropriate signage.
