  1. General - all objectives1. The premises will operate primarily as a food-led café-bar with alcohol supplied as an ancillary offer to food and seated customers.2. The premises will be appropriately staffed and managed at all times.
  2. The Prevention of Crime and Disorder1. The premises will not be alcohol-led. Alcohol must only be sold by trained staff.2. A refusals and incident log must be maintained and made available to authorised officers upon request. Staff will refuse service to intoxicated persons or anyone behaving in a disorderly manner.3. Customer behaviour must be actively monitored, particularly during later hours, and management must take prompt action to prevent any escalation of issues.4. CCTV must be fitted inside the premises maintained in good working order and recordings must be made available to authorised officers upon request to assist in preventing and investigating any incidents, Red lion walk has monitored cctv outside.
  3. Public Safety 1. Suitable risk assessments will be in place and reviewed regularly.2. Occupancy levels will be monitored, and clear access and egress routes will be maintained. The small outdoor seating area will be supervised by staff to ensure it is used safely and appropriately.3. Staff will be trained in emergency procedures and will be present at all times during licensable activities.
  4. The Prevention of Public Nuisance1. The premises will be managed to minimise any disturbance to local residents, particularly during evening and late-night hours.2. Music levels will be controlled at all times. 3. The outdoor seating area will be small, actively managed, and will close at 23:00. Customers will not be permitted to consume drinks outside after this time.Clear signage will be displayed requesting customers to leave quietly, and staff will monitor the immediate vicinity of the premises to prevent noise or nuisance during dispersal.
  5. The Protection of Children from Harm1. Children will be permitted on the premises when accompanied by a responsible adult, particularly during daytime and food-led hours.2. A Challenge 25 policy will be in operation. All staff will be trained to request appropriate photographic identification and to refuse alcohol sales where necessary.3. The premises will provide a safe and family-appropriate environment during earlier hours, with no adult entertainment or activities that could place children at risk.
