  1. Caretaker checks buildings and grounds on a regular basis.
  2. Fire call points and extinguishers situated throughout Hall. These are checked regularly.
  3. Risk assessment in place and emergency plan details for Hall issued to every user.
  4. As part of a recent risk assessment each group or Hall user must appoint person in charge of each event/use of Hall to prevent public nuisance, etc.
  5. Each church group or regular Hall user has in place their own Child Protection Policies.
  6. The church has our own Parish Protection Representative.
