  1. Planning consent 5/92/0766 (not a condition of the licence): Opening restricted to no later than 23.00 hours on any day, customers to leave the premises no later than 23.30 hours.
  2. Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions
  3. LA03, Section 19: Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
  4. (1) Where a premises licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions.
  5. (2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:
  6. (a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
  7. (b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
  8. (3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
  9. Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the operating schedule
  10. General description of premises:
  11. " The premises are semi detached situated next to a retail outlet and being a café bar giving in the region of 50 covers
  12. " No problem re means of escape and parking in the near vicinity
  13. Live music
  14. " Indoors
  15. " As and when required in any part of the premises with noise levels set to avoid disturbance to neighbours
  16. Recorded music
  17. Provision of late night refreshment
  18. The prevention of crime and disorder:
  19. " We will support bar watch or any locally acceptable scheme
  20. " Customers will be encouraged to leave the premises in a quiet orderly manner in consideration of neighbours and public generally
  21. Public safety:
  22. " Fire safety equipment will be checked on a regular basis and maintained in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and instructions.
  23. " Fire exits will be kept clear and marked
  24. " First aid kit will be maintained on the premises
  25. " Emergency lighting will be checked weekly and regularly maintained.
  26. The prevention of public nuisance:
  27. " Customers will be discouraged from delaying departure from outside the premises in consideration of others residing nearby or other persons passing the premises
  28. " The License holder or anyone involved in the organisation of entertainment (including those controlling the volume of music), shall ensure that any noise emanating from the premises is such as not to cause annoyance or disturbance to residents in the locality.
  29. " All doors and windows on the facades of the building which is the subject of this consent, shall be kept closed at all times during the entertainment evens, except when access is required to and from the premises.
  30. The protection of children from harm:
  31. " Proof of age by production of photo based ID will be required if customers wishing to purchase alcohol are suspected to be under the age of 18 years
  32. " Staff training will take place on a regular basis with regar to legislation and with particular regard to the avoidance of under age sales.
