A challenge 21 policy should be publicised in store with the use of sufficient notices for all potential purchasers to be aware of the policy and this policy should be adhered to in all instances.
Disposal of waste bottles into external receptacles where the noise will be audible to neighbouring properties must not occur between 21:00 and 07:00 hours.
Only partially consumed bottles of alcohol to be taken off the premises having been opened with a meal eaten on the premises.
Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other thatn for access and egress, in a;; rooms when events involving Live and Recorded Music are taking place.
Details of a suitable noise limiting device shall be submitted to Sevenoaks District Council's Environmental Health Team (hereafter 'the council'). Upon approval by the Council the noise limiter shall be installed and maintained in such a manner as to control all sources of amplified music at the premises. No regulated entertainment shall occur until after the noise limiter has been set at a level agreed with the Council.
Cusotmers shall be prohibited from taking drinks outside of the building.
