Licence conditions (2)
- Together with for the purposes of paragraph 6(5) of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 all other licensable activities which may be carried out at the premises by virtue of the justice's licence issued under the Licensing Act 1964 and existing as of the date of this licence, which include but may not be limited to the following: i) Public entertainment may be provided by the reproduction of wireless (including television) broadcasts or of program included in any other service (within the meaning of the Broadcasting Act 1990) other than a sound or television broadcasting service, or public entertainment by way of music and singing only which is provided solely by the reproduction of recorded sound; and ii) Private entertainment, that is to say dancing and music, may be provided and promoted for private gain.
- For the purpose of paragraph 6(8) of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 this licence is subject to the effect of restrictions contained in the Licensing Act 1964 and the Children and Young Personal Act 1933, which include, but may not be limited to, the following: i) Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such a person as an ancillary to the meal; ii) Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor (including drinking water) shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as ancillary to meals served in the premises. iii) Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the hours authorised under this licence, however this restriction does not prohibit: a) During the first thirty minutes after the authorised hour the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied for consumption as ancillary to the meal; b) Consumption of the alcohol on the premises or the taking of sale of supply of alcohol to any person residing in the licensed premises; iv) No child shall be employed: a) So long as they are under the age of fourteen years; b) To do any work other than light work; c) Before the close of school hours on any day on which they are required to attend school; d) Before seven o'clock in the morning or after seven o'clock in the evening on any day; e) For more than two hours on any day on which they are required to attend school; f) For more than two hours on any Sunday; g) Five hours in and day on which they are not required to attend school, and which is not a Sunday; h) For more than thirty five hours or, if they are under the age of fifteen years, for more than twenty five hours in any week in which they are not required to attend school; i) For more than four hours in any day without a rest break of one hour; or j) At any time in a year unless at that time they have had, or could still have, du
