Licensable activities shall not be provided under this licence beyond the hours permitted in the converted licence, that is the hours permitted under the Licensing Act 1964, until such times that the works detailed in the memorandum from the Environmental Health Services dated 29 July 2005 have been completed to the satisfaction of the licensing authority, and the necessary certificates provided.
The premises shall operate in full compliance with the Club Rules.
A zero tolerance policy is in operation in respect of drugs.
No children under 18 years of age are permitted to the premises unless accompanied by an adult.
5 Club members are requested to respect the neighbourhood and not cause a nuisance to residents.
Supply of alcohol by or on behalf of a club to, or to the order of, a member of the club; and
The sale by retail of alcohol by or on behalf of a club to a guest of a member of the club for consumption on the premises where the sale takes place.
The provision of regulated entertainment by means of recorded and live music, and the provision of facilities for dancing, where that provision is by or on behalf of a club for members of the club or members of the club and their guests
The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises.
Any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.
Any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person.
For the purpose of paragraph 18(5) of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 this club premises certificate is subject to the effect of restrictions contained in the Licensing Act 1964 and the Children and Young Persons Act 1933, which include, but may not be limited to, the following: i) Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the hours authorised under this club premises certificate, however this restriction does not prohibit: a) During the first twenty minutes after the authorised hour, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises; b) During the first thirty minutes after authorised hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied as ancillary to the meals; c) The supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing; and d) During the first twenty minutes after authorised hours, the taking of alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel; ii) Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied with and for consumption with the meal and paid for together with the meal. iii) No child shall be employed: a) So long as he is under the age of fourteen years; b) To do any work other than light work; c) Before the close of school hours on any day on which he is required to attend school; d) Before seven o'clock in the morning or after seven o'clock in the evening on any day; e) For more than two hours on any day on which he is required to attend school; f) For more than two hours on any Sunday; g) Five hours in any day on which he is not required to attend school, and which is not a Sunday; h) For more than thirty-five hours or, if he is under the age of fifteen years, for more than twenty-five hours in any week in which he is not required to attend school; or i) For more than four hours in any day without a rest break of one hour;
