- The premises will be manned 24 hrs a day.
- Staff will be given appropriate instruction and supervision in their responsibilities under The Licensing Act 2003.
- There shall be a challenge 21 policy in place where any person who appears to be under the age of 21 years and who is attempting to purchase alcohol is required to provide photographic proof of age.
- CCTV will be in operation and any images retained for a minimum of 30 days. These images will be made available to any Police officer, Trading Standards officer or Licensing Officer upon request.
