  1. Asda Stores Limited shall have consultation meetings with residents at least every 6 months to address any concerns which the residents may have and to ensure the licensing objectives are being met. The first meeting shall be held within two weeks of 17th October 2013.
  2. Condition 1 above was added by the Licensing Sub Committee on the 17 October 2013.
  3. All members of staff shall have initial in house training in respect of liquor licensing and all checkout operators and their team trainers have additional training in the sale of alcohol.
  4. The CCTV cameras shall be maintained in working order and all images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days. The original, or copy of the CCTV images, shall be provided upon demand to any Police Officer, Community Support Officer or authorised Officer of the Council.
  5. Proof of age will be required from any person appearing to be under the age of 18 who is attempting to purchase alcohol at the premises. If the appropriate proof is not produced there will be no sale.
  6. All tills shall have a prompt system for age restricted products.
