  1. EC0101 - Credit Sales (from original Justices Licence)
  2. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied:
  3. (a) with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, is consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal;
  4. (b) for consumption by a person residing in the premises or his guest and paid for together with his accommodation;
  5. (c) to a canteen or mess.
  6. Permitted Hours - with Supper Hours Certificate (from original Justices Licence)
  7. Alcohol may be sold or supplied [for one hour following the hours set out above and] [on Christmas day, between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.] to persons taking table meals in the premises in a part of the premises usually set apart for the service of such persons and for consumption by such a person in that part of the premises as an ancillary to his meal. For other purposes or in other parts of the premises the hours set out above shall continue to apply.

  9. Unless otherwise specified on this licence no regulated entertainment shall take place at the premises with the exception of pre-booked private events limited to the provision of music and dancing for pre-invited guests.

  13. (a) On the following weekdays, namely Monday to Friday, other than Christmas Day, or Good Friday, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m,
  14. (b) On Saturdays, other than Christmas Day or New Years Eve, 10am to 11p.m.;
  15. (c) On Sundays, other than Christmas Day or New Years Eve, 12 noon to 10.30 p.m.
  16. (d) On Good Friday, 12 noon to 10.30 p.m.
  17. (e) On Christmas Day, 12 noon to 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.
  18. (f) On New Year's Eve, except on a Sunday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  19. (g) On New Year's Eve on a Sunday, 12 noon to 10.30 p.m
  20. (h) On New Year's Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31 December).
