- At all times when the premises operate in accordance with this licence the CCTV cameras shall be in operation and shall be kept in good working order and recordings kept for a period of not less that 31 days for use by the Licensing Authority or the Police. Such recordings shall show an accurate date and time that the recordings were made.
- Regulated entertainment by way of live and recorded music provided outside of the building shall only be provided in respect of the Summer BBQ held during the months of July or August and shall cease at 20:00 hours.
